LINE 1 - Date(s) Do not abbreviate the month or include the year, weekday or the "th" or "st" after the dates (i.e. January 4 - 6)

LINE 2- Event Name

LINE 3 - Brief Event Description Sentence

LINE 4 - Event Time Please format time as follows 6:00p.m. or 1:00 - 3:00p.m. (Not 6pm or 6:00)

LINE 5 - Event Location Please include venue name only and not address.

LINE 6 - Contact or Ticket Purchase Information Phone number and website preferably
